Forgotten Support Portal Password?

Forgotten your Freshservice support portal password? Password resets are self-managed and can be completed within our support portal, below outlines how to request a password reset.

Navigate to the portal home page.
Select Login from the top right hand side of the page.
Select Forgot Password?
Enter your email address and select Request reset link.
Navigate to your email and find the email from support@freshworks.com
Select Reset Password
Set your new password.

Additional Troubleshooting

Password resets do not get sent from an @entag.com.au email address so it may get caught in spam filters. Please check to see if the password reset email is in the spam/trash folder.

If the email is not in spam/trash folder check with your IT Department to ensure that the spam filters aren’t blocking emails from @freshservice.com or @freshworks.com.
